International Shipping We currently do not ship to select international locations. However, you may contact us directly to see if we may be able to make an exception for your location. Please email us directly at foxtailsshop@gmail.com to see if we can arrange shipping to the international location you desire. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international deliveries may take 2-4 weeks depending on customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Foxtails is not responsible for any customs fees or additional taxes that may be applied to international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at foxtailsshop@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.
